These terms cover your use of getkitlab.com and the demos on it. kitlab is made by a small business in Melbourne, Australia. Clients who use our products also have their own agreement with us, which applies alongside these terms.

Using the site

You're welcome to browse, try the demos and get in touch. Please don't misuse the site: no attempts to break in, overload it, copy it wholesale or use it for anything unlawful.

Our content

The site, our product names, designs and software belong to us. Things you make in a demo are yours, but demos aren't saved and may be reset at any time.

Information on the site

We work to keep the site accurate, but products described as in development may change, and prices are a guide until we've agreed them with you in writing.

Liability

The site is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, we're not liable for any loss from using it. Nothing here limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
